I currently serve as Global Chief Information Officer at The Coca-Cola Company. In addition, I serve as an independent Board of Director at Crocs Inc. as well as The Morehouse School of Medicine. At Crocs, I also serve on the audit committee.I am a transformational leader with over 2 decades of hands-on experience in enterprise value creation led by leveraging AI at scale, designing, building and deploying agentic platforms to digitize operations, grow consumer intimacy and simplify customer interactions. I lead global teams to deliver large scale transformation programs. I build high performing teams that thrive on a culture of “learn-by-doing” and am maniacally driven by outcome-based effort.Over the years, I have successfully led one of the world’s largest separations of public companies, directly managed large acquisitions, delivered successful ERP migrations, modernized the network to enable end-to-end virtual connectivity across the globe to lead with 5G, consolidated data sources onto an AI enabled data architecture, led cloud migration for global application base, design and run operations for global ecommerce for both B2B and B2C. I continue to lead the charge on future of work as it re-shapes itself.I frequently lead conversations with board level executives and help them navigate all things, technology, data and AI. I am a featured speaker on a variety of business and technology topics such as leveraging AI at scale, agentic for digitization of the enterprise, championing organizational change and a culture of consumer first thinking.
