I help organizations harness AI, data, and technology to reinvent how they grow, operate, and compete.Over the past 25+ years, I have partnered with executive teams and boards to lead enterprise transformation across Fortune 50 companies and high-growth organizations. Most recently, I served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer at The Coca-Cola Company, where for eight years I helped lead the company's evolution into a digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled enterprise.As a board-elected Global CIO, I was responsible for information technology, cybersecurity, data, AI, and digital capabilities across one of the world's largest consumer products ecosystems—supporting a global system of approximately 200 bottling partners, 950 production facilities, and operations in more than 200 countries and territories. I also chaired the Coca-Cola System IT Board, helping align technology strategy across the global Coca-Cola system. My experience has reinforced a simple belief: technology creates value only when it changes how the business operates.I believe lasting transformation is driven by leadership, culture, and a willingness to learn by doing. Technology integrated with the operating model and the people, as well as paired with disciplined execution creates sustainable competitive advantage. Earlier in my career, I led the technology execution of the HP split into HP Inc and HPE, one of the largest public company splits ever achieved, along with enterprise CRM, ecommerce, cloud, and business transformation initiatives at HP, Cisco, Palm, and Infosys.Today, I serve on the Board of Directors of Crocs, Inc., where I am a member of the Audit Committee, and on the Board of Trustees of Morehouse School of Medicine. I enjoy working with executive teams and boards on enterprise AI, technology strategy, digital transformation, organizational change, and the future of enterprise leadership.
