Neetan Chopra is Chief Digital and Information Officer at IndiGo, India’s largest airline, where he leads an expansive techno-commercial mandate across digital, IT, cybersecurity, marketing, loyalty, ventures, artificial intelligence and analytics. With more than three decades of leadership experience across aviation, travel, technology and diversified conglomerates, Neetan is recognized for converting digital transformation into enterprise value, new business models and scalable growth platforms.At IndiGo, he has built multiple strategic growth engines from concept to scale. These include BluChip, the airline’s loyalty program, which reached 12 million members within 15 months; IndiGo’s travel marketplace, designed to extend the airline’s role from ticketing to broader travel commerce; and IndiGo Ventures, a SEBI-approved alternative investment fund created to incubate, invest in and partner with emerging businesses adjacent to aviation and travel.Previously, Neetan held senior leadership roles at Dubai Holding, Emirates Group and Accenture, where he built innovation ecosystems, led major transformation programs and delivered strategic M&A, including the divestment of Mercator to Warburg Pincus.
