Present in 100 countries through its subsidiaries and its network of distributors, this group employs 700 people worldwide, including 100 employees dedicated to innovation. As Director of Finance, IT and Administration, my fonction consists in beeing a strategic thought-partner, as part of the executive committee and part of the senior leadership teams managers. Searching a successful way to do my best, I'm a hands-on and participative manager, leading or working to develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting, credit management, financial internal control, administration compliance, legal and IT.
