Noralee Bradley, KC

As Executive Vice President, External Affairs and Chief Sustainability & Legal Officer, Noralee is part of the C-suite and oversees a portfolio of corporate functions including Legal, Integrity/Compliance, Sustainability, Government & Industry Affairs and Brand & Culture Communications across Nutrien's global operations which includes North America, South America, Australia and Europe with approximately 25,000 employees, over 20 mines/production facilities and 2000 retail locations serving over 500,000 grower customer accounts worldwide. Prior to joining Nutrien's executive leadership team, Noralee had 30 years' experience in private practice with a focus on on mergers and acquisitions, board governance and considerable exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions. During her legal career, Ms. Bradley has also served as lead partner in equity and debt offerings in Canada and sophisticated cross-border financings. Noralee has been a trusted advisor assisting many companies in the strategic planning and review of corporate governance policies and their compliance with fiduciary duties and securities regulations. Noralee also served as a board member or corporate secretary on several public companies and contributed to her community by serving on the Calgary Chapter Executive of the Institute of Corporate Directors, Calgary United Way Board and the Calgary Petroleum Board of Governors.
