I recently stepped into the role of CEO at Cavan Companies, a Scottsdale-based real estate development group with big ambitions and a strong legacy. Ove my almost 40-year career, I've had the privilege of leading companies across nearly every corner of the business world - from consumer products, and retail to financial services, food services, and automotive. If there is a common thread, it's this: I love bringing people together to build, grow, and win as a team. For more than 28 years, I've served as President or CEO - including 17 years with publicly traded companies - helping organizations find clarity, elevate performance, and deliver meaningful results. I'm at my best when the mission is bold, the landscape is changing, and the stakes are high. My leadership foundation was built at West Point, followed by five years of active-duty service - an experience that shaped how I think about purpose, integrity, and taking care of people. Those values continue to guide me every day. At this stage of my career, I'm energized by teams who are hungry to grow, businesses ready for transformation, and opportunities that make a lasting impact.
