As Chief Administrative Officer for Enovis, I’m responsible for leading our company’s strategy development, Mergers and Acquisitions, driving organizational efficiency, and enhancing operational excellence to support our next phase of profitable, capital-efficient growth. Together with our global teams, we are building our strong foundation to unlock our future potential, all to better meet patient needs and help people live more full, active lives.Prior to joining Enovis, I spent more than 30 years at McKinsey & Company where I advised some of the most iconic medical device companies on their most pressing challenges and biggest opportunities. I finished my time at McKinsey as Senior Partner Emeritus, where I gained extensive experience advising CEOs, other C-suite executives, and boards of directors on strategy, transformations, mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, and performance improvement to deliver significant shareholder value. In addition to my expertise as a long-standing Life Sciences Partner, I founded McKinsey’s M&A Practice serving all industries, growing it from 14 hobbyists in 2007 to 850+ professional colleagues in 2024. I also established what is now the 32-member McKinsey M&A Council, a cross-sector group of senior M&A executives from around the world.In my spare time I love being at home with family and friends, cooking elaborate meals, and picking the evening's wine.
