We electrify, automate, and digitalize every industry, business, and home, driving efficiency and sustainability for all. For over 30 years at Schneider Electric, I’ve been passionate about the convergence of electrification, automation, and digital intelligence, what we define as energy technology. We invent the technology that makes the energy transition possible, enabling buildings, data centers, factories, infrastructure, and grids to operate as open, software-defined systems. We don’t just connect systems; we create ecosystems where AI, data, and people work together seamlessly. Schneider Electric has a strong people culture, placing talent, culture, and leadership high on the agenda. I am a product of this philosophy, having grown through different roles, functions, and geographies. My journey started in France and took shape through nearly two decades in Asia, leading teams in China, India, and Hong Kong. That global experience shaped my belief that diverse teams and inclusive cultures are the engine of innovation. I carried that belief through roles as Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer, and most recently EVP of our Energy Management business. To build on that foundation and gain new market insights, I relocated to the UAE in 2023. Since May 2022, I have served as a Board Member of Keppel Group, chairing its Sustainability and Safety Committees, reflecting my commitment to responsible leadership and cross-industry collaboration.
