Francisco Martínez García

A financial sector professional with over 25 years of executive experience. I have developed my career primarily within the Bankinter Group (with operations in Spain, Ireland, Portugal, and Luxembourg). Currently I'm the Group's Chief Audit Executive, a role that until recently included Línea Directa Aseguradora (LDA). Previously, I held executive positions in business areas (such as International Business Director), operations (such as Chief Operations Officer), and support roles, including Head of Human Resources, giving me a broad and global perspective. I have served on the Board of Directors of several Bankinter SA group companies, including Gneis (operations and technology subsidiary) and Ginstow Finance Limited (Irish subsidiary). I regularly participate in the Audit, Remuneration, and Sustainability Committees, and the Board of Bankinter Luxembourg, and occasionally present at the Bankinter SA Board meetings.
