Paul Donahue

Paul Donahue serves as Non-Executive Chairman of Genuine Parts Company (GPC), a Fortune 200 global distributor of automotive and industrial parts. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer from 2016 to 2024 and Chairman from 2019 to 2024. He has held several key management positions in his 20 years with GPC, including executive leadership roles at S.P. Richards Company, GPC’s business products group, and the U.S. Automotive Parts Group.He is an active supporter of The United Way, City of Refuge and the Boy and Girls Club. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Atlanta based Rollins, Inc. as well as the Emory Healthcare Board of Directors, the Woodruff Arts Center Board of Trustees and the Carlyle Fraser Heart Center Advisory Committee. Mr. Donahue also served as 2023 chair of the Metro Atlanta Chamber and is currently a member of the Chamber's Executive Committee.
