I am excited to be taking on a new role as CEO of Kantar on the 29th of September. It is a fantastic business delivering the very best research, data, analytics and insight to help brands grow. I have always been driven by an obsession with putting the customer first, exceptional products and services, innovation, people and purpose-driven cultures. I can’t wait to join the exceptional team. This new role will build on my experience from the past few years as Vice Chair Reinvention Executive Advisory and Senior Managing Director and Global Leader Media & Entertainment at Accenture Strategy - advising businesses how to harness AI to unleash talent and potential. I have 30+ years’ experience at the intersection of media, technology, communications and software as an operator and advisor. Prior to Accenture, I was CEO of Daily Mail and General Trust plc (DMGT) where I led a successful transformation, reshaping its portfolio to focus on market-leading news, consumer media, events, and B2B information companies. That strategy culminated in DMGT's successful delisting in 2022 after nearly a century as a public company, delivering a 160%+ total shareholder return. Before joining DMGT, I was a Senior Partner and Managing Director at BCG, where I led the Global Media Sector and the TMT sector in Western Europe and LatAm. I helped shape the firm's own digital transformation journey, developed digital, growth and transformation frameworks for enterprises, and the eGDP framework to guide policymakers and businesses on growth-oriented digital policies. My career began founding an early interactive media company while at Duke University. I've held leadership roles at agencies and tech startups where I honed my ability to capitalize on emerging opportunities enabled by technology. I have been happily married for 30+ years, have two daughters and divide my time between the US and UK.
