Paulo Fernando Soares

I have worked my whole career in the Renewable Energy business, with extensive hands on experience in several areas (Manufacturing Project Management, Contracting, Sales and Management). I have a long international experience, having worked for significant periods of time in leadership positions in Brazil, China, Germany, and India. I have worked in start-ups as well as large established companies, with a wide range of executive responsibilities, and I built my career from the bottom-up, what has given me the opportunity to have exposure to all areas of an organisation I'm flexible and open to opportunities in challenging environments.
