As one of the world's largest producers of polymers and a leader in polyolefin technologies, we develop, manufacture and market high-quality and innovative products for applications ranging from sustainable transportation and food safety to clean water and quality healthcare. With a background in the Polymers and Chemicals industry, I have a proven expertise and a record of performance in company transformation, value creation, high growth and mature businesses, both in publicly listed international large-cap as well as in a private equity environment. I am a global leader with multicultural and M&A experience. I am also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Symrise AG, a public, leading flavor, nutrition, scent and care company that achieved the top grade of A in all three CDP categories in 2020. Additionally, I serve on the boards of the International Council of Chemical Associations and the American Chemistry Council, contributing to global industry advocacy and strategic direction.
