I joined Sonepar in September 2017 following 17 years with the UTC Group including Otis, Carrier, Pratt & Whitney, and UTC Aerospace. I have led building-related businesses including Carrier Air Conditioning, Carrier Commercial Refrigeration, Toshiba Air Conditioning, and UTC Fire & Security divisions in EMEA, in Asia Pacific, and globally. In 2015, I was appointed President of Otis Elevator global business unit. I was also part of the UTC Executive Committee and a UTC Corporate Officer. During these 17 years, I have been based in France, Japan, China, Belgium and the USA. I feel truly inspired by Sonepar’s core values, the passion of our Associates, and the huge growth potential. I now aim to leverage all my experience as I work with the Group’s executive leadership to define and deploy a long-term strategy aligned with the Group's DNA and adapt to a business in rapid evolution. I believe that a CEO doesn't lead a company by himself, he is an orchestra conductor selecting the partition and making the leadership team act in a coordinated manner.
