Pramath Nath is a business professional with 28 years of experience in managing diverse facets of Business Transformation and Human Resources (HR). His specialization spans across union management, industrial (employee) relations, talent management, start-ups and post-merger integration. His experience includes working across industries like pharmaceutical manufacturing, hospitality, retail, information technology, shared services, consulting and power. In his previous assignment, he was Executive Director – Human Resources leading the function for the Advisory Practice in KPMG India. Prior to joining Adani, he was CHRO of GE's Steam Power business in India & APAC. Presently, Pramath is CHRO of India’s largest and world’s fastest growing Renewables Energy Company, Adani Green Energy Limited, based at Ahmedabad. He leads People and Administration function at over 130 sites - Projects and O&M - across the country. He is also the proud employee who has been instrumental from day 1 in setting up and managing world’s largest single site Renewables Energy Park called Khavda spread over 538 sq km in the Rann of Kutch, Gujarat, India. At GE and Adani, he worked closely with Independent Directors of the Boards (and NRC) of these publicly listed entities. In his first 8 years of professional life, he worked with pharma manufacturing companies in Goa focusing on industrial relations – trade unions, collective bargaining, workers’ settlement negotiations, disciplinary matters and proceedings like Domestic Inquiry, Labour court, Industrial tribunal, Conciliation proceedings in multi-union environment. In his previous roles, he has worked at regional level in Asia Pacific as well as in a global role managing talent for senior executives across the globe in Hewlett Packard. Pramath did LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University and MBA from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He’s a certified Trainer from Indian Society for Training and Development, Delhi; and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. He is also a Certified Global Professional in HR (GPHR) from HR Certification Institute (HRCI, USA). He is also a professionally certified Coach (PCC by ICF). He was an Executive Committee member of National HRD Network, Bangalore. He has been a quizzard and in his leisure time likes reading on international relations and current affairs. He has over 70 published articles (in ET, TOI and many HR journals) to his credit.
