The school that taught me what operational excellence at true global scale looks like.At Biocon — India's largest biopharma and one of the largest biologics players globally — I built the supply chain, procurement, and contract manufacturing functions from the ground up. As SVP and Executive Leadership Team member, I owned end-to-end vendor development and supply architecture across MAbs, insulin, and insulin analogs serving 72 markets, and led supply execution behind Biocon's first US and EU biosimilar launches including pegfilgrastim and trastuzumab.In my expanded role leading Central Engineering, I conceived and executed Biocon's full green energy transformation — wind and solar parks through JVs, green steam through briquette boilers — taking the company to 90% renewable energy.At Shalina Healthcare, a pan-African pharmaceutical multinational, I serve as President & CTO across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance, — 11 markets, 1,000 people, consistent double-digit revenue growth and meaningful margin expansion in markets that are chronically underserved and operationally unforgiving.Now executing a 10-year strategy: new plants, redesigned networks, genuine AI integration, and quality infrastructure built to WHO and UN standards — to make affordable medicine in Africa not just accessible, but sustainable.
