Security risk assessment. Enforcing security policies. Defining and planning safety practices. Handling confidential information. Leading the implantation of security/safety procedures. Practical knowledge of Fire fighting during tenure at various locations in Security. Foremost accountable for the training of Security staff and responsible for fire safety and security of the people and property. Efficiently handling and managing the materials controls, returnable, non-returnable, inward registers. Handling Lost & found and periodical check thereof. Handling guest room safe lockers and electronic key card system Direct all investigations regarding theft or damage of property and personal injury occurring within the hotel. Adeptly handling the entire procedure of security services with traffic/crowd control, major check-in / check out, key control and risk analysis. Constantly train the Security staff Allocating duty schedule for security, scanning incoming baggage, controlling baggage movement during major check in/ check out etc. Responsible to keep check on CCTV cameras and recording of the same. Ensure compliance with policies, systems and procedures relating to security and emergency situations (natural calamity, evacuation etc.) Ensure that all records and documents are maintained as per the standard norms of the unit. Assist in Planning and budgeting the costs for the security department. Create and maintain an environment that ensure feeling of safe and secure environment both for guests and staff. Liaise with Police and Fire department whenever need arises.
