Since joining Hero FinCorp in 2017, I have led the organization through critical strategic shifts and operational enhancements, including major transformation projects aimed at improving efficiency, scalability, and customer experience. By integrating cutting-edge marketing and analytics strategies, we’ve strengthened our brand, optimized customer targeting, and improved overall operational performance, driving sustainable growth. Additionally, I established robust data analytics frameworks that leverages insights to optimize our portfolio and proactively mitigate risks. Previously, I have served as Director and Head of Policies & Risk Intelligence at Religare Finvest Limited, where my focus was on strengthening the company’s risk management framework and fostering a resilient risk culture. Prior to that, I spent nearly a decade at Citigroup and IIFL Finance, overseeing risk functions that helped build robust practices aiding organisational growth.
