As the Global Chief Information Officer at UPL, a NIFTY FIFTY agrochemical company with a revenue of over $6 billion, I lead a team of more than 130 IT professionals across nine regions and lines of business. I have more than 24 years of experience in deploying enterprise applications, modernizing infrastructure, and ensuring security and risk compliance. My mission is to drive digital transformation and organizational improvement at UPL, by collaborating with senior management and various business functions, and delivering best-in-class IT solutions. I have successfully led more than 200 global projects, including ERP rollouts in SAP and other SaaS products like SFDC and SuccessFactors. I have also played a key role in supporting M&A activities and integrating acquired entities on a single platform. I am passionate about leveraging digital technologies to strengthen food security and sustainability in over 130 countries.
