I am the CEO of Macquarie Group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Head of Corporate Operations Group for EMEA, a Director of Macquarie Bank Europe DAC Board and a Committee Member of the Macquarie Group Foundation. Macquarie Group has been operating in EMEA since 1989 and employs over 2,800 people working across 18 locations. Our businesses in EMEA - Macquarie Asset Management, Macquarie Capital and Commodities and Global Markets - generated 28% of the Group’s global income in the 2026 full-year results and manage $A199.7b of assets under management across the region. With over 20 years of global corporate experience, I’ve worked across Sydney, New York and I’m now based in London. I’ve lead teams with expertise from technology and data to human resources, business services and corporate strategy.
