Joined Lumax group as Executive Director from Oct 23 at Head office in Delhi. Headed strategically Leadership position in manufacturing & technical functions * Strategic leadership -Leading massive structural reforms in manufacturing & technical function by implementing Lean manufacturing, true localization, supplier development & HRD to achieve cost competitiveness & manufacturing excellence * HRD & Coaching -Established future ready organization & leadership pipe line for facing challenges of new technology, electrification, carbon neutrality and digitalization. Received Energy compact award for achieving RE100 in May 2022 from MNRE Govt of India. * Project leadership - Leading multiple projects as project leader of new vehicle production & mfg. preparation, establishing new plants / green field facilities. Headed most challenging / complex Toyota Suzuki alliance project leader working with multicounty & multicompany to succeed smooth line off alliance product in India. * Board of Director in TKM and member of Audit and CSR committee along with a statutory role as company occupier for managing risk, compliance, and governance. * Environment Director - Promoted plant sustainable operation in TKM & across value chain. Achieved plant zero CO2 (RE 100 ) in Year 2021. It is no.1 plant in Global Toyota & established biodiversity eco park on construction dump. Received from MOEF & CII ITC Execellence award for Bio diversity park in Mar.23.
