Working as a Group CIO, responsible for strategy & driving Digital transformation globally using Enterprise IT solution, Manufacturing IT solutions, Integrating Enterprise & Manufacturing IT along with AI enablement as appropriate for high impact value creation, employee / stakeholder experience, customer satisfaction. Oversee & manage various IT & Digital solutions such as SAP S4 HANA, MES, PLM, Industry 4.00 solutions, Infrastructure, Cloud Strategy – Cloud based applications, Enterprise Private Cloud, Infra as a Service (IaaS), Network & Security, Process automations using tools such as RPA, Combination of technologies such as OCRs, Document Management, Workflow Engines, IIOT etc. • Provide enterprise- wide leadership vision, guiding IT & Digital operations and policy implementation through strategic thinking and decision making• Drive key strategic initiatives - Cyber Security excellence and Data Excellence, Data Protection Office (DPO)• Build and lead High performing IT organization to manage & implement key strategic projects at a group level to streamline complex Business processes, IT/SAP designs , process automation, Seamless co-ordination and collaboration with internal organizations • Build a strategic & long term relationship with key IT partners • Foster virtual team collaboration using relationship building and communications improvements• Provide insights into latest application related technology trends to Leadership team, assess value & work jointly with Infrastructure & Security team to evaluate feasibility of adopting for Tata AutoComp group • Driving multiple key IT & Digital project to deliver value to the stakeholders within & outside an organization
