Starting in the Vehicle Finance division , I have had the opportunity to work across functions and contribute to the company's evolution into a trusted and diversified financial services provider. As MD & CEO , I am responsible for steering Chola's overall strategy, strengthening operational resilience, and driving long-term value for customers, employees and stakeholders. My focus remains on building scalable, sustainable business models through responsible lending, technology integration and a strong governance framework. I believe in the power of collaborative leadership and take pride in building teams that are aligned with the company's purpose and values. In addition to my responsibilities at Chola, I also serve in board and committee roles across group companies and industry forums, contribution to areas such as customer service , IT governance , risk managament and corporate social responsibility.
