I am a passionate leader in the ICT Industry with over 20 years' experience leading digital transformation in the Australian Government sector. My mission is to champion and foster an inclusive work environment for all. I am on a relentless pursuit to uplift accessibility and inclusion across the whole public service. This has led to the Department of Industry, Science and Resources receiving the Australian Disability Network Best in Class award for Digital Accessibility and myself as a finalist in Disability Changemaker of the Year award.
