Ryan Rebennack

Ryan enjoys building teams, working with talented people to solution and deliver against difficult challenges, and grow organizations by engaging and empowering those around him.Ryan is leading the Cybersecurity Program at Synopsys and serves as Chief of Staff to the CISO. He was most recently Chief of Staff to PayPal's CISO leading a team of Program Managers, technical consultants, financial business managers, and scrum masters delivering across application security, data protection, threat responsiveness, vulnerability management, and corporate end user security. He is a results-driven IT professional with experience leading people, functional organizations, and project teams implementing and managing technology programs with multimillion-dollar budgets ($250MM+). Ryan has a passion in building and developing PMO teams and new functions.Previously, he managed PMOs and program teams at eBay/PayPal for 3 years supporting IaaS/PaaS, Availability, Capacity, Data Center Capacity, Monitoring, and Risk Operations and nine years at JPMorgan Chase in various infrastructure management and project management roles. Project responsibilities have included managing data center builds and migrations, operational readiness programs for critical PayPal events, distributed core infrastructure initiatives, storage tech refreshes, and merger integrations.
