Rekha Murthy

Rekha Murthy has 30+ years of extensive global experience in Technology across various industry sectors in India, Asia Pacific and the USA. Her professional experience spans a successful career in cross-functional operations, P&L oversight, product development, global sales and strategy, risk management, new market development, strategic marketing, global alliances, channels and distribution. She has held senior global and country leadership roles at leading global organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, IBM, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Harvard Business School Publishing and Wyse Technology. She successfully launched three startups. She is currently an Independent Director on the Board of Directors at Yes Bank Limited. She is also a Board Member at SAM Corporate, Dubai and two Healthcare startups. Till recently she was an Independent Director on the Board of Exchanging Limited, part of DXC Technology. She is also engaged with several global Start-ups as an Advisory Board Member, investor and mentor. She is a Charter Member of TiE, India. Her areas of interest are technology transformation and change management, building leadership and management skills, global strategy and new market development. She has extensive experience in advising and providing strategic solutions to large enterprises in Financial Services, Government, Manufacturing and Healthcare sectors. Rekha is an alumna of Harvard Business School and Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, holds a BTech degree in Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications from Bangalore University and a Diploma in International Affairs and Management of Non-profits from NYU, New York.
