Revati Kasture

A strong CXO level leader, Revati Kasture is Executive Director at CARE Ratings and has a total work experience of 25 years. She is responsible for business growth of the company in India, Africa and Nepal. In October 2024, she was appointed CEO of CareEdge Global IFSC Limited (CGIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Care Ratings. CGIL is engaged in providing global scale and sovereign ratings. Prior to this she was heading the Criteria and Policy Department at CARE Ratings which entailed development of rating criteria, policy and rating models, process improvements as well as interacting with regulators. In the span of her career, she has managed multiple departments within CARE including the large corporate ratings, incubation and scale-up of industry research department making it a profit centre and Human Resources Department. Her ability to conceptualize and implement, combined with skills to lead cross functional teams has culminated into successful implementation of key projects like setting up the analytical backbone ‘Care Knowledge Centre’ at Ahmedabad and Ci3 ratings workflow in 2009-10 and recently in 2020-21, setting up of the Centralized Processing Team for handling of INC cases. Her intrinsic people management skills are reflected in managing large teams of close to 200+ experienced analysts and managers to work with utmost integrity to meet organizational goals. She was a member/chairperson of Rating Committees of CARE Ratings Ltd, CARE Nepal and CARE Ratings Africa. She has many presentations to her credit on industry forums organized by bodies like FICCI, Assocham and industry associations. She has also given several interviews (for sector forecasts as well as regulatory changes) to leading TV channels. Many articles authored/co-authored by her have been published in Business/Industry journals as well as financial dailies. She has co-authored the course book for India’s first certification course in Credit Analysis offered by NISM and AIWMI viz. Certified Credit Research Analyst (CCRA) program. Revati is an all-India merit rank holder Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant and has been honored with Professional Achiever- Woman award by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in December 2011. She is also awarded as one of India’s top 100 “Women in Finance” in Leading Category in March 2019. She is presently a member of Assocham’s Council for Bond Market Development in India. She is also on the Advisory Boards of Symbiosis Institute of Banking and Finance, Pune
