If you told my teenage self I’d end up building one of India’s biggest travel tech companies, I’d probably have laughed and gone back to fiddling with my Walkman, dancing to my favorite tunes, or swimming. Fast forward to 2006, the three of us started Yatra with one simple goal: make business travel better. Less hassle, more clarity. Over the years, it’s grown into something bigger than I imagined, powering corporate travel, MICE and making companies move, meet, and manage their journeys. Back then, I was one of the few women in the room, and that stuck with me. From then to now making space for more women to pull up chairs of their own, that’s the part I’m most proud of. You’ll mostly find me somewhere between dashboards, brainstorming, and tea-fuelled convos with my team. I like building things that work, quietly moving the needle, and celebrating the small wins no one sees on stage. Also, I firmly believe: a little fun never hurt anyone :)
