Sandrine Dufour

I have recently joined UCB as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As I learned more about the company, I was particularly attracted to UCB’s sense of purpose of creating value for patients and its societal mission. I’m also impressed by this company that harnesses innovation as a key differentiation lever to deliver solutions for those patient populations that need them most. I feel a very strong connection with the values of UCB. These include authenticity, trust, and a company that builds and invests in its people. I’m also glad to see how diversity & inclusion is more than just a concept here. Prior to joining UCB, I have headed finance across several international industries. Most recently I come from Proximus, the Belgian incumbent telecom company, where I was CFO since 2015. My past leadership positions stem from more than 25 years leading national and global organizations in areas of finance and strategy, M&A, innovation, and transformation.
