Special Projects - IBC : Providing support to companies under IBC, working on bidding structures, expression of interest, submission of claims, Analysing the broader implications of IBC on the company and promoters - Assisting stressed companies in financial reporting and analysing tax implications on One time settlement schemes. - Liaising with external consultants / lawyers in drafting resolution plans - Tax Structuring 4. M&A - Transaction advisory - Hands on experience on internal / external M&A activities and analysing impacts on reporting and tax - In-dept experience of merger / amalgamations schemes in Indian market and Ind AS 103 implications - Fair understanding of Indirect transfer implications, RBI / FEMA for FOCC companies, Tax treaty jurisdictions, Stamp duty and VAT for any type of M&A in India and overseas. 5. Strategy and Structuring for debt restructuring and tax planning - MAT and DT 6. IT enablement Applied as a Co-inventor for an I.T.
