Being a veteran in the industry over three decades of experience, served various roles and carried multiple responsibilities. Leading the technology mandate for evaluation and adoption of technology for its business use at Parle. Along with the team being a Leader, partners with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and Procurement for taking Parle's technology agenda ahead around Data, Analytics, Automation and Process Optimization. Being an IT Head, responsible for all the techno-functional engagements to deliver business performance improvements on new products, cost reductions, efficiency improvement and complete Digital Transformation. Being a Core Group Leader, lead the massive SAP implementation and adoption for Parle's SAP systems for India and international business. In various capacities led, managed and successfully completed multiple projects within Organization. Further drove efficiencies and KPI improvements in Procurement and Supply chain. Recently led the harmonization of SAP with DMS (Distribution Sales Systems) and Salesforce systems. Being an IT Head and Technology enabler led from the front during the pandemic to ensure Parle's IT infrastructure and critical business processes like ordering and supply chain work to deliver increase in the demand. Also led the teams to re-look at the IT architecture and completed successful migration of mission critical SAP & Non SAP workloads on Cloud. Currently introduced Data Analytics vertical under IT and planning to develop it as a key contributor for Parle's Business. Successfully completed mail migration from HCL Notes to O365 for more than 3000+ user base of the Parle. Various Infra, Network and Security solutions (Wi-Fi, SDWAN, AV Solutions, Network Connectivity, WIFI, Emailing, Proxy solution, NAC Solution and Security etc.) are implemented to strengthen the Security and Network within the organization. Various cost effective Software Initiatives such as SAP BTP adaption, RPA and Workflow driven solutions implemented to improve performance and efficiency. Instrumental in building Parle's Data Lakehouse on Azure using Databricks Lakehouse open-source Architecture.
