Current Chairman, President and CEO of Micron, an iconic memory and storage company with a long history of innovation and creative technology breakthroughs. Co-founder and former CEO of SanDisk, the company that helped popularize flash storage. My early experience as a semiconductor design engineer helped shape and refine the management philosophy I hold today: that the most effective leaders pay attention to the details and inspire their teams to set aggressive goals, pursue them tenaciously, and celebrate success with an eye on what’s next. As a leader, I seek to exemplify integrity and accountability. I believe success comes most quickly to diverse teams with a strong and unified culture.
