Passionate about finance function, I have gained an extensive experience of 34 years in raising equity funding, raising long term debt for projects, working capital management, trade finance, ECB /ECA funding, raising structured finance, take-out financing, trade finance, liaison with banks and financial institutions, project monitoring, overseas acquisitions, dealing with large number of PE funds and managing IPOs.
