With over 23 years of experience in various domains of the Retail operation, Store expansion, e-commerce, Product conception and buying, Supply chain & logistics in apparel, footwear, sports equipment & accessory industry, I am currently the CEO of Decathlon Sports India, one of the world's largest French sporting goods manufacturers and retailers. I lead a team of over 5,000 passionate and talented teammates who share a common vision: Bring People Together through sport, making wellbeing accessible to all.During my last 3 years as CEO Decathlon India, I could lead a team of different nationality which brings lots of diverse experience and culture. With team we could bring strong Economic, Human and Sustainability performance which also highlight as a business volume of 500 M Euro. Before my present role, I have worked as Chief Digital Officer, Decathlon India for 6 years. I spearheaded the digital transformation of Decathlon India by building a robust and integrated ecosystem of e-commerce (D2C), marketplace, digital marketing, technology, data, customer experience, and logistics. We achieved a remarkable growth in our online business, reaching millions of customers across India with our innovative and user-friendly platforms. During last 15 years in Decathlon, I have worked in multiple operational and strategic roles as Retail City Director, Logistics Director, Production Team Manager, etc. During my span of career, I got opportunity of working in multiple geography with multicultural teams. I have worked with 3 different companies in different Countries/ Cities - India (Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad); Spain & Bangladesh.
