He brings deep expertise in operations, safety, governance, and strategic leadership, including over eight years of full P&L responsibility for large integrated manufacturing complexes. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale transformations in process safety, operational reliability, quality systems, and organisational culture. He embeds zero-harm safety philosophies and disciplined execution, consistently delivering sustainable performance improvements and strengthening compliance and governance frameworks. As a Certified Independent Director (IICA & KPMG), Mr Sastry would like to contribute effectively to board oversight across risk management, ESG, strategy, and organisational performance. He brings clarity, independence of thought, and a balanced, long-term perspective to board deliberations. In parallel, he is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Executive and Team Coach (ACC, ACTC), specialising in leadership development and team effectiveness. His distinctive approach integrates contemporary coaching practices with insights from the Bhagavad Gita, enabling leaders to navigate complexity with resilience, ethical clarity, and purpose.
