I connect those signals to business economics, regulatory exposure, and engineering capacity, then focus the organization on the constraint that matters most.I operate from strategy through execution. I set enterprise technical direction, shape cloud, platform, data, and AI strategy, and build the organizations capable of delivering it. I have led distributed architecture and AI-focused engineering organizations of more than 50 people, established an enterprise architecture practice that became the foundation for a broader AI program, and helped convert complex operational challenges into nine-figure savings.I use AI directly to accelerate research, synthesis, architecture analysis, prototyping, and engineering delivery. It increases the speed and breadth of what my teams and I can produce. My judgment determines which output is credible, which assumptions need to be challenged, and which path the enterprise should take. I remain accountable for the call.
