As a seasoned Global HR Leader with extensive experience in managing and developing talent across multiple geographies, I have successfully led teams in high-tech environments within the APAC and EMEA regions. My career spans both specialist and generalist HR roles, where I have worked in diverse industries and complex, matrixed organizations, building and executing talent strategies that align with organizational goals. Currently, in my role as the HR leader for the Global Markets & EMEA, I am responsible for driving talent strategy and capability building for global markets, focusing on sales professionals and also drive Talent Strategy for the EMEA region. I specialize in the design and deployment of talent strategies, supporting key talent acquisition, and managing organizational design, performance management, and employee experience. My expertise extends to workforce planning, culture and change management, career management, leadership & succession planning, and M&A HR projects. Additionally, I have significant experience in staff transitions, new country setups, and driving HR operations through shared services. My leadership has been instrumental in initiatives such as Infosys' Top Employer Branding campaign globally. With advanced education, including a CHRO Program from Wharton Executive Education and an HR Transformation Program from Cornell University, I bring a deep understanding of HR leadership, strategy, and transformation to drive business growth and organizational success.
