Professional: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at BlackBuck; Blackbuck, is the largest Digital Logistics platform empowering Truck operators to manage and grow their business in India. Current role encompasses managing all functions of finance including Accounting, Business finance/FP&A, Treasury, Legal and secretarial along with work related to Investor relations, transaction advisory and business partnering. During my previous endeavors, I have worked in the field of deal consultancy, pricing analysis, setting up Revenue / cost accounting forecasts and the like. Academic: Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Bangalore University. Others: An active Resource Mobilization volunteer at Guradians of Dreams and an ex Ed-Support and Fundraising Volunteer at Make a Difference (MAD), both non-profit organizations which works towards ensuring that the most vulnerable children in the society are able to realize equitable outcomes.
