I build and run enterprise operating engines that move billions of dollars a year without friction. For more than 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of finance, technology, shared services, and organizational design — first as a transformation consultant, and now as the executive accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes.Today, as an Executive Director of T-Mobile’s Magenta Shared Services Center, I lead a 70-person team (additional 200 offshore) enabling critical outcomes across 30+ workstreams spanning Finance, HR / Hire to Retire, Procurement, Legal, and Emergency Response Operations. My team supports $6.5B in annual operations, including $2.5B in settlement operations with subscription partners such as Netflix, Paramount, Apple, and Hulu, and $4B in commissions payments across the entire dealer and third-party network. Since stepping into this role, I have improved payment accuracy by approximately 200 basis points and recovered $20M in leakage, driving cash-flow improvement and direct contribution to EBITDA.Before T-Mobile, I led the Enterprise Modernization Group and Finance Transformation Office at CVS Health, where I ran the shared-services workstream within a broader $1B enterprise transformation program. That work included standing up a new global operating model, introducing early-stage AI into back-office operations, and scaling automation across enterprise functions — ultimately contributing $40M in cost savings.Earlier in my career, I served as an executive-level consultant at Accenture, leading 30+ shared-services and operating model transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients across telecom, healthcare, retail, insurance, and financial services in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. That experience taught me how to build operating models effectively, under pressure, and at scale — a discipline I have carried into every operating leadership role since. What I bring to an organization is a rare combination of hands-on shared services leadership, enterprise transformation experience, and the pattern recognition of a consultant. I know how to manage large teams, diagnose complexity, redesign operating models, scale service delivery, and produce measurable financial and operational outcomes.I am now looking for my next chapter as a VP or SVP of Shared Services, Enterprise Operations, or Global Business Services — where the mandate is not simply to run the machine, but to optimize service outcomes, modernize operations, and scale performance across the enterprise.
