I launch and scale products that create new markets and value. I lead a global product and engineering team to create the next generation of domain agents for watsonx Orchestrate and scale the Agent Connect partner program. I have led product management - assessing market needs, identifying user-focused solutions, and working with design & engineering to turn concepts into reality. I have led business management - structuring the E/R model, defining & forecasting market impact, assessing channels, enabling go to market teams, digital commerce, marketing and services alignment, offering operations, and measuring product and business health. I have held roles in product management, development, design, and research. I led the engineering organization for Maximo, TRIRIGA, and more, where we launched a world-class mobile experience, rebuilt the entire Maximo platform on a modern architecture, successfully launched our SaaS offering on AWS, delivered innovative new solutions, brought onboard new acquisitions, and so much more. I launched IBM Food Trust to bring transparency, accountability, and traceability to retailers, suppliers, farmers and others. With a global team of scientists, engineers, designers, inventors, growth hackers, product managers, and companies that are change agents in the food industry, we became the largest food blockchain. I launched the IBM Watson Financial Services developer hub. With a global team, we delivered APIs and an ecosystem to make it easier for developers to access IBM financial risk tech, fintech APIs and IBM AI APIs to build banking, risk and consumer apps. I also launched and scaled IBM Connections, a social software suite designed for enterprises and based on insights in employee productivity and engagement from IBM Research. I defined the overall product strategy, developed and drove the product requirements in collaboration with engineering and design, worked with customers and partners to shape the product, and publicized the product at numerous industry events. I value an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
