I am the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Zayo Group. As AI workloads, distributed applications, dense GPU clusters and hyperscale environments reshape demand for digital infrastructure, the network is the ultimate constraint. Zayo and its extraordinary physical footprint is the solution and at the precise moment the global economy demands uncompromised bandwidth.  Over the past few years, Zayo has evolved from an acquisition-built network operator into the largest independent digital infrastructure network provider — a powerhouse of connectivity spanning 32 million fiber miles and 224,000 route miles. Backed by the complete integration of Crown Castle’s fiber assets, its footprint uniquely connects core data center campuses directly to carriers, enterprises, and the metro edge.  With more than two decades of large-scale technology and digital infrastructure experience, my career has centered on leading multi-billion-dollar enterprise, wholesale, and consumer business units through intensive technology transformations and rapid capital allocation shifts. Most recently, I served as CEO of Verizon Consumer Group (managing a $103.5B revenue portfolio) and previously as CEO of Verizon Business, where we drove 5G-led product innovation for 99% of the Fortune 500. Prior to my decade-long tenure at Verizon, I served as a Partner and Global Sector Leader for the Telecom practice at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).  I bring with me my own leadership framework built on two main principles. First, always lead with kindness. Developing and maintaining relationships with kindness as a prime consideration can foster better and longer-lasting relationships, and in turn, more cohesive and more productive operating units. Second, I am committed to building diverse and inclusive teams in all dimensions – diversity of thought, gender, culture, and background. I received an M.B.A. from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and am a proud Terrier.
