Two decades plus ie.,2004 onwards as CIO for various Business Divisions of ITC LTD developed extensive understanding of technology's role in driving business innovations and operational excellence. As a CIO over the years worked and implemented IT strategies for various business of ITC Ltd, deployed and delivered various IT application in the areas of FMCG, Trade Marketing, Sales & Distribution, Brand Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Outsourcing operations, Agri Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Financial accounting, Tech Consulting and adoptions, Technology related risks, Security and compliance Management. On Personal front, I spend most of my time on research and get involved in publications, Case discussions and, various academic speaker engagements. I do manage to find some free time in mentoring small and budding start ups. As a faculty on invitation, I share insights from my experiences and inspire the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.
