Designed and deployed Business Intelligence solution for 5 Airports including 2 leading airports in the Middle-East. Ensured that Process Automation is the core for Business Functions and a must for Digitalization. Successful Model is constantly consulted by major developing airports outside India. Took lead in deploying IOT platform to enhance Airport Operations and Passenger experience. Played advocacy role to the Industry being Member of the Technical Working Committee constituted by MOCA.
