With over 18+ years of experience in information technology and security, I am Head - IT Infrastructure & Security at 3M India, a global leader in innovation and diversified solutions. I lead the IT infrastructure and security portfolio for the India region, overseeing the IT service management, IT strategy, IT security, and industrial control system (OT ICS) / SCADA functions for multiple business segments and locations. My core competencies include process improvement, IT project and program management, IT security operations, OT ICS/SCADA, and mergers and acquisitions/divestiture. I have successfully delivered several complex and strategic IT projects, such as the integration of OT ICS/SCADA systems, the consolidation of IT infrastructure and security platforms, and the transition of IT services and assets during M&A/Divestiture activities. I am also passionate about mentoring, coaching, and training the IT team and the business stakeholders on IT best practices, IT security awareness, and IT project management methodologies. I hold Scrum, Project Management, MCP and C-CISO certification, Data Privacy (DPO) and a Post graduate diploma in cyber law and cyber forensics and Post Graduate in Operations Management.
