I have over three decades of experience in the Indian financial markets, primarily in equity research and fund management. My career in investment world started in 1994 at India's first boutique equity research firm. Over the next 25 years, covered various sectors, including Real Estate, Infrastructure, Industrials, Telecom, and Power, at organizations such as Edelweiss, Motilal, and HDFC Mutual Fund. Although I began managing funds in 2006 and later assumed leadership roles, my passion for investment analysis remains a driving force.After spending two decades in the Indian mutual fund industry, moved to the insurance industry as Chief Investment Officer of Bajaj Life Insurance to carry on the task of institutional way of managing investments. I believe in a fundamental approach to investing and adhere to the philosophy of "Growth at a Reasonable Price." While investing in equities is all about pursuing growth, it is equally important to consider the price paid to ensure that there is a margin of safety.
