At Bosch, assumed COO level accountability for Operations across India, Vietnam and Mexico covering 35,000 associates, led the House of Transformation programme, established the Talent Academy for Software & Electronics competency development and drove organisation-wide change management across a complex, multi-geography enterprise.Current Mandate: As CTO at Lucas TVS building and operationalising a new Software and Electronics Product Development and Engineering Services division within the Lucas TVS Group from the ground up. Responsibilities include delivering engineering services for EU customers, developing E-Powertrain Controllers, supporting M&A activities through technology due diligence and driving the division's long-term growth roadmap.
