Sudhir Jain comes with 43 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, including successful stints at Bira 91, Scooters India Limited, S.A. Chemtek, PepsiCo, Molson Coors, Allied Blenders and Distillers, United Breweries. His expertise lies in overhauling sick manufacturing units and establishing them into sustainable greenfield/brownfield capacities. With a focus on sustainability, Sudhir has experience of:• the strategic planning and operations management of more than 30 brewery• manufacturing excellence, EHS, and compliance across the manufacturing department;• the innovation initiatives across large-scale, microbrewery, taproom, and international collaborations;• the Net Zero Carbon Footprint Sustainability initiativeSudhir is also at the Director-board member at Global Institute for Sustainable Development (GISD) at a personal level.
