During my association with HDFC Bank, I was ranked Ranked in top 5% of the Outstanding Performer companywide for 3 consecutive years for Set up HR Team in Southern India from scratch. For PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk, Indonesia, I implemented HRMS Software - Peoplesoft in 2012 and Darwinbox in 2021 and deployed HR Policies and Programs globally spanning Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Sri Lanka & Singapore. I was instrumental in setting up Technical Education Institute in Indonesia with budget of USD 6 Million. Major chunk of my career revolved around providing strategic leadership across all areas of HR including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Training, Organizational Effectiveness, D&I, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
