Finance leader who has worked across nearly every stage a business goes through — from building out a finance function inside a large multinational, to launching new brands, to IPO readiness, to running a startup, to turning around a mature company.At Estée Lauder, I helped build out India's finance function from the ground up — migrating FP&A from Dubai, deploying SAP, and later launching Smashbox and GlamGlow in the market. At Nykaa, I was part of the team getting the Beauty business IPO-ready, working directly with vertical CEOs. At Miracules, I was part of the founding team taking a skincare brand from ideation to launch over two years — fundraising, building processes, and getting the hero product to #3 in Body Creams on Amazon India. Now, as CFO of a 25-year-old fashion house, I work alongside the promoters on a turnaround — a very different problem from building something new. I still swear by this advice from my first boss: "You can either be part of a problem, or part of the solution. The choice is yours."
