As a collaborative, results-oriented financial executive, I have extensive experience leading business development and operations across public and private organizations. Over the course of my career, I’ve distinguished myself as an empowering and transparent leader who can align teams with organizational objectives and instill employees with a proactive, customer-centric mindset, yielding increased profitability. Currently, I serve as chief financial officer at Ensco Inc., an engineering firm in the government contracting and aerospace industry. In that role, I develop, execute, and manage financial strategies and operations while leading a 25-person team through daily finance and accounting duties. Before this, I served in numerous other senior-level roles, including as a contracted advisor at Bridgestone, chief financial officer at L3 Technologies (now L3Harris Technologies), and corporate controller at Delphinus Engineering. I’ve made countless significant contributions to these organizations’ success, including: • Leading Ensco Inc.’s executive team to secure and negotiate the company’s first acquisition in its 50+ year history. I defined and executed all associated merger activities, including the identification and evaluation of the targeted business, due diligence, deal structuring and execution, and business integration, delivering a cash-positive merger that produced several shareholder earnouts. • Turning around L3 Technologies’ financial position from millions in losses to $1M+ in profitability within 15 months by optimizing pricing structures and establishing inventory and production cost control mechanisms, positioning L3 for acquisition by Harris Corporation. • Retaining hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash flow for Delphinus Engineering by designing and implementing a process that enabled the research and closeout of 15 years of open contracts. I’ve devoted my career thus far to spearheading effective financial strategies and developing and leading high-performing teams. I’m eager to see where my professional life takes me next.
