An Innovative retail operations leader with over 20 years in the industry, I have track record of managing execution, driving change, promoting a culture of inclusion, increasing engagement, and exceling with the customer experience. I adore the fast pace, opportunities, and rewards of the retail industry and thrive in the environment. Outside of retail leadership, I love playing a role in organizations that emphasize the importance of business leadership for future generations. I have served on Future Business Leaders of America Indiana Chapter Executive Board of Directors to further promote future leadership. In the past I have also served on Elkhart County’s Junior Achievement Board of Directors, volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, St. Jude, and other organizations. I have also participated in Young Professionals Network and have served on the Mayors Round Table.
